Reliable technical support is vital to the successful operation of your systems and your business.

We are serious about quality and only provide one standard of service - the very best we can deliver.

Because Linux is resilient we don't feel that it is necessary or fair to insist upon making you pay for annual support contracts.

If you experience problems that mean your system is inoperable an engineer will be with you as quickly as is possible.

During the first month of your system's operation an engineer will visit you each week to ensure that everything is running smoothly and to make any changes you require.  This is built into the sales cost of your system.

After the first month we will attend to any changes or problems that might arise on a call-ouit basis.  Our call-out rates are fixed for the first 12 months after the purchase date of your system.

Because Avantica specialises in business and software services we do not provide hardware repair services.  Before you purchase the computers that we recommend we offer to select and arrange on-site manufacturers hardware support for you.

Our engineers carry replacement servers that can be swapped for any of your servers that may have failed.  Swapped servers are subject to rental terms that form part of our sales agreement.

Other components that may have caused a failure are supplied on a sales basis.

We provide you with automated facilities to backup your data.  If you follow our guidelines we can restore the latest backups and get your users back into action as soon as possible.
